Hi, I'm Hedda Koenig, certified inspirational Yoga Teacher as well as Mindfulness, Health & Wellbeing Coach - and I'm here to help you discover the best version of yourself.
My background is 15+ years of experience in the medical device sector in various roles: Marketing, Product Management & BD. It brought me all the way from my home town Freiburg in Germany to Sydney, Australia and many different places across the world. As an Executive, I experienced first-hand what it is like to be in high pressure environments, where everything counts and a LOT is at stake 24/7. In order to sustain this busy lifestyle, there is an increasing need for mindfulness, stretching and relaxation. The key is in finding that balance for your Body & Mind; to be able to lead a happy & healthy life for yourself – and your loved ones around you.
Trained in the Results Coaching approach powered by the NeuroLeadership Institute, I am today teaching Yoga & Mindfulness at the International Lounge at Qantas in Perth, Western Australia and at the Fremantle Sailing Club.
Since June 2022 I facilitate weekly themed meditations at Bathers Beach in Fremantle with meditationHQ (formerly The Sit.) and I am also part of the Management Team, looking after Sponsorships, People & Culture. I am part of the Lululemon Sweat Collective, promoting an active lifestyle and community leadership. Lastly, I am also engaging with Blazing Swan Inc. as Wellness Team Lead since 2023.

As the biggest resource sector in WA it is no secret that the mining industry is most in need for transition and overhaul from a mental health and well-being perspective: When “away” becomes home and vice versa, divorce, family issues, anxiety and depression rates skyrocket - and this needs to change.
In today's busy and hyper-connected world we feel more lonely than ever - hence, mindfulness emerges as a vital necessity. With endless distractions and constant demands, we risk losing touch with ourselves and with the present moment, neglecting our own well-being, our connections and relationships.
The sad and mind-boggling truth that no-one wants to talk about is: 9 lives are lost each day due to suicide [1] in Australia. Benefits of mindfulness and meditation on mental health and wellbeing - even as little as 10 minutes per day -are widely accepted [2] as proven in numerous studies.
Mindfulness offers a respite - a sanctuary to reconnect with ourselves and the world around us. By cultivating awareness and non-judgment, we can navigate stress, anxiety, and uncertainty with grace.
Mindfulness nurtures emotional resilience, enhances focus and promotes empathy, fostering a harmonious society. Embracing mindfulness allows us to savour life's simple joys, find balance amid chaos and embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and fulfilment.
